We will immediately assign a therapist to you, in the category you have chosen. We will add you to a WhatsApp group with your therapist. (If you prefer Email, let us know)
In the WhatsApp group (or via email), you'll receive an assessment form (10-15 mins to complete) and can schedule a session with your therapist based on mutual availability

We will have a weekly session, each lasting 50 minutes, with the couple or individual partners, as per need.

The first one or two sessions focus on understanding your situation in-depth. We gather insights by reviewing your forms, listening to both partners' perspectives, and observing real-time conversations. A thorough assessment is essential to develop a customized plan for change.

As therapy progresses, our expert therapists will provide actionable solutions rooted in proven relationship principles. You'll receive specific advice on improving thoughts and behaviors, addressing the unique issues you face together.

After each session, you'll be given practical exercises or "homework" to help reinforce the session’s lessons. These tasks encourage deeper reflection, new insights, and the opportunity to practice what you've learned.

In between sessions, you can reach out to your therapist via chat for additional guidance. While immediate responses aren’t guaranteed, we strive to offer consistent support, ensuring that you feel heard and supported as you work through the process.
Once someone reached out to us for therapy but they had a concern. They told us, "In our previous therapy, the therapist didn't give us any help even after 5 sessions. The therapist was just listening to the stories, summarizing it, and just ending the session with a "You're doing great. See you next week!". There was no direction towards change or solution. No guidance. Will it be the same here?"
Well, no. Our approach is different. While we do take 1 or 2 sessions to understand your problems, our therapist will offer suggestions and exercises usually from the second session itself. We understand very well that people come to therapy for real change and thus our approach is also very solution oriented.
We recommend you should make therapy part of your life (if it does't stress you financially). But if you are only looking for it on a temporary basis, then try to give it at least 4-6 months. This means you may need about 10-15 sessions for deeper long-term change. However, some people do come to discuss a very specific problem and they find a lot of benefit just in 4-8 sessions.
Yes, it may happen. Some relapse is bound to happen, just like if you stop going to gym you may end up losing muscles. Hence, we suggest you keep your notes and keep using the newly learnt skills. There's no shortcut. Just like your body, your mind needs practice and repetition.
If your partner joins, it's always better, but if not, you should start on your own. 3 reasons:
Some people tell us, "I do't think a young therapist can help us. I want a counselor who's like 60-70 years old. Someone who has seen life!"
Well first thing, if age was so important, every elderly person would be a good therapist. They are not. A therapist with 10 years of experience may sure - on average - be better than someone with 2 years of experience, but both are more than capable of really good therapy.
Basically, just like a doctor, if the therapist is knowledgeable and talented, age becomes secondary. Our therapists have studied psychology and relationships for years. They will be sure be able to understand your problems well and offer you right solutions.
